... If you're a football fan, this is a great time of year. But do take care when tempted to over-indulge on nachos, chicken wings, pizza, and beer. Yesterday was my FREE DAY but I limited myself to roughly half of what I use to eat while watching the STEELERS kick butt.

Yesterday's Free Day was modest for me too, to say the least. It wasn't that hard, somewhat satisfying, and when I did eat chips and salsa at the end of the day watching a movie, it didn't feel right. The payoff came this morning when I got on the gym scale and had a mere 0.25 lbs above Friday's reading. A far cry from the 3 lbs I used to gain during previous challenges' free days.
