Today I choose to be happy.
Today – right now – I choose to be happy.
I am a child of God.
I am strong, intelligent, successful, and confident.
I am worthy.
I'm important to others; particularly to Deb, Jonathan, and Kelsey.
I know this even when they don’t tell me so.
They are important to me too.
And today I will tell them just how much I love them.
I choose to be healthy.
I’m a good looking fellow and choose to get better looking everyday.
I am achieving my Body-for-LIFE goals.
Today I choose to be a champion.
Yes, it's hard to be humble.
So right now I'll try to be more so.
Now it is time to help someone else who might not yet feel this way.
For one does not honor God by living small.
Note: I was inspired to borrow, edit, and post this self affirmation after reading Cheryl Muhr's blog of 11/29/2005. Cheryl is a top five finalist in the 2005 BFL Challenge. Thanks for the inspiration.

Your words are well choosen.
Be content. Be at peace. Honor and love God and family and be charitable towards others. In doing so you honor yourself.
We all need to remember this, on some days more than others.
